Refund Policy

We want your books to arrive safely and be a good fit for your reading needs. Please review the policy below before placing an order.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, books must be unused, unread, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging when reasonably possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for gift cards, final sale items, personalized or custom products, downloadable or digital products, or books that show clear signs of use, damage, writing, stains, missing pages, or heavy wear after delivery.

How to Start a Return

Email bj26666888@outlook.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions if your request is eligible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a book is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a book is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.
