Cozy Seeds Bookstore ships lightweight books and reading gifts to selected countries and regions. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available for your address.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take longer.

Shipping Regions

We currently support shipping to selected destinations including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and other supported markets shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days after dispatch for most supported regions. Remote areas, customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses may extend delivery time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information by email after the order is fulfilled. Tracking may take 24-72 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order value, and available shipping methods. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost because of incorrect or incomplete address information. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error after placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages
